NEW YORK, May 17 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended higher on Wednesday.
The Dow increased 1.24 percent to 33,420.77, and the S&P 500 was up 1.19 percent to 4,158.77, while the Nasdaq rose 1.28 percent to 12,500.57.
