As the Valentine’s Day approaches, an activity of transforming outmoded customs of marriage was held in the West Coast New Area in Qingdao, East China’s Shandong Province. Liu Honghai, honored with the title of “Good People in China”, granted marriage certificates to newlyweds on the site, shared with them the idea of good family traditions and advocated simplified wedding.(Photo by Zhang Jingang)
