April breezes bring Qingdao's cherry blossoms to life. From residential corners to scenic parks, the city is wrapped in a soft pink dream.

The Cuihu community is already in full bloom, offering people the chance to enjoy some fairytale-like strolls. Zhongshan Park's iconic cherry avenue welcomed its first blossoms during the Qingming Festival holiday, turning the path into a sea of gentle pink. Cangma Mountain is also at peak bloom, with petals falling like snow. For a more secret spot, Sanming South Road, tucked inside a local neighborhood, is about to burst into a canopy of pink.

Other must-visit locations include the Badaguan scenic area, China Ocean University, Huayan Temple on Laoshan Mountain and Sanlihe Park.

The single-petal cherry blossoms bloom from early April, while double-petal varieties follow from late April to early May. For a less crowded experience, visit at sunrise or try night viewing under illuminated trees. Please check real-time updates as weather may affect flowering.
