A group of 25 Thai travel influencers, photographers, and content creators recently explored Qingdao, Shandong province, capturing the coastal city's scenery, cultural attractions, and everyday life during a two-day visit.

Organized by the China National Tourist Office in Bangkok, the trip was part of a tourism promotion initiative linked to the fourth "I Want to Go to China" Thailand Short Video Contest.

The visitors toured several of Qingdao's best-known landmarks, including the Cloud Above Haitian observation deck, May Fourth Square, Taidong Pedestrian Street, the Tsingtao Beer Museum, Badaguan Scenic Area, and Zhanqiao Pier.

Along the way, they documented Qingdao's diverse attractions, from panoramic coastline views and historic architecture to bustling shopping streets, local food, and the city's beer culture.

The participating influencers will share videos from their trip on social media, offering audiences a glimpse of Qingdao's attractions and local culture.

The initiative is expected to raise Qingdao's profile as a travel destination in Southeast Asia and encourage more Thai tourists to explore the coastal city.
