LONG BEACH --  Qingdao’s image was unveiled at the International Education Week held on Oct 13 on the campus of California State University Long Beach for three consecutive years. The event carried out a variety of different cultural and educational activities to attract college students to increase their understanding of cultures around the world.

At the special information booth dedicated to Qingdao’s image at California State University Long Beach, various city image promotional materials for Qingdao, a sister city of Long Beach, are displayed. The information booth attracted many students.

This year's information desk also has information about vacation study in China. Students can pre-register, and then they will receive email notifications of a video conference to introduce relevant matters related to participating in the China study group. This attracted many students to register and request to participate in the online conference on vacation study in China.

The Qingdao image booth also invited the team leader who led 10 college students to visit Qingdao in January this year to introduce college students' visits to Qingdao. The students expressed their opinions on visiting different cities in China. The interest was very great, and they also inquired about Qingdao. They said that if they come to China, they must visit the beautiful Qingdao.

This week is International Education Week, which is held every year in the United States.  Colleges and universities hold various international education activities during this week, including forums, lectures and exhibitions, making this week an important time for colleges and universities to focus on international education in a year.
