China Media Group (CMG) held its third Annual Chinese TV Drama Ceremony on Sunday night in Beijing, awarding 21 honors to TV artworks, groups and individuals making outstanding contributions in the field.

Twenty-one honors were awarded at the event for outstanding teleplay works and production teams of the year, which showcased Chinese art workers' life-oriented and people-based creations and demonstrated the success of Chinese TV series in overseas markets.

The event also witnessed the launch of "Year of Integration of Film, Television and Cultural Tourism Consumption." The program aims to stimulate the internal energy of consumption by promoting the deeper integration of teleplay works and travel destinations.

At the event, the casts and producers of the most popular TV series and the representatives of three generations of creators staged elaborately orchestrated performances and interacted with the attendees.

The third CMG Annual Chinese TV Drama Ceremony will be rebroadcast on CCTV-1 and CCTV-8 during the Spring Festival holiday in the Year of Snake and synchronized with new media platforms.
