Livestream video footage captured an adorably confused giant panda cub being fed by a breeder at a research center in southwest China's Sichuan Province.
In the footage filmed at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, the cub, born last year, is seen moving slowly towards a bowl of milk on a wooden platform a breeder calls it over.
After stepping onto the platform, the bear became befuddled, but a little guidance from the breeder was enough to coax it to the milk bowl.
The keeper also fed the immature bear specially-made milk with an injector.
After the feeding, the careful breeder used a towel to wipe the milk from the hair around the panda's mouth.
The panda cub also showed its affection for the feeder by hugging her and even to clinging to her as she picks it up.
The base is a world-renowned institution for the ex-situ conservation of giant pandas, one of China's national treasures, as well as for their scientific research and breeding and panda-themed public education and tourism.
The footage appeared on the iPanda platform, which provides round-the-clock live broadcasts of the daily life and activities of pandas in the nature reserves of southwest China.
