The 2025 China-U.S. Youth Choir Festival held its opening ceremony in Fuzhou City, east China's Fujian Province on Thursday under the theme "Singing for Peace."

Hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Fujian Provincial People's Government, the festival brings together nearly 30 youth choirs from both countries.

The choral week takes place in Fuzhou and Beijing.
It is also one of the largest China-U.S. youth cultural exchange events in recent years.
