The Chinese animated blockbuster "Ne Zha 2" premiered in Belgium on Wednesday, captivating a packed audience in Brussels and highlighting its widespread appeal.

Despite its weekday premiere, the film drew large crowds, with many flocking to the theater after work to catch a first glimpse of the eagerly anticipated blockbuster.

A delighted audience praised the film, noting that it surpassed their expectations with its exceptional production quality and compelling storyline.

"There was a very good moral message in everything put into the film. The drawings are perfect, very beautiful, well-made, and the story is also nice. I really enjoyed this film," said one of the viewers.

Some audience members said the film had awakened their interest in exploring Chinese culture.

"We see in the movie great nature everywhere. And I am sure that China looks just like this," said an audience member.

"[After watching the film, I want] to know more about the Chinese culture. So, it's really interesting. And I really want to know more about that," said another audience member.

According to a local movie theater, "Ne Zha 2" will be screened in multiple theaters across Belgium starting Wednesday, with pre-sales of the film showing exceptionally strong results. From mid-April, a version featuring French subtitles will be released, and is expected to appeal to even more viewers.
