City Life | The five-day cultural exchange program, "American Youth Explore Guangzhou," has come to a successful close. Fifty-seven outstanding university students from across the United States bid farewell to this thousand-year-old trading city, taking home handmade Zhuang brocade ponies, phones filled with memories of Guangzhou, and unforgettable experiences. In the closing interviews, the reflections of three participants summed up the shared feelings of the entire group. Jabez Java said the five-day experience had "opened my eyes and broadened my horizons." Michelle found a reflection of maternal love in Zhuang brocade, while Albert was impressed by the vibrant campus life at Sun Yat-sen University.
