Five-Day SweetGuan Dessert Festival Opens in Dongguan

City Life | Dongguan's first long-running dessert-themed cultural tourism festival, the 2026 SweetGuan Dessert Festival, officially opened at Humen Park on July 9. Running through July 13, the festival brings together time-honored local brands, Cantonese-style sweet soup specialists, and dessert makers from across the region. Local heritage brands are presenting Dongguan's signature traditional desserts, while guest brands are introducing creative new interpretations of classic sweets.
