City Life | Typhoon Noul, the strongest typhoon of the year, made landfall along Huizhou’s coast in the early hours of July 26. In nearby Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone, seawater flooded Xinyuan Village. After the winds and rains passed, countless crabs emerged from the fields. Villagers rushed to catch the crabs and prepare a local delicacy — raw pickled seafood, nicknamed “Chaoshan poison” for its irresistible flavor. #citylife
