Top Chefs from Guangfu, Chaoshan and Hakka Cuisines Gather in Guangzhou for Culinary Exchange

City Life | On July 23, the master chef exchange event of the 7th GBA "Cantonese Cuisine Chef" Vocational Skills Competition opened at Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College. Renowned chefs from leading restaurants across the Greater Bay Area demonstrated their signature techniques and presented dishes representing the three major traditions of Cantonese cuisine—Guangfu, Chaoshan, and Hakka—highlighting the rich diversity of southern Chinese culinary culture.
