Guangdong Folk Art Troupe Brings Lingnan Culture to Papua New Guinea

Art and Culture| On July 31, the opening ceremony for the 2026 “Charming China (Guangdong): Lingnan Culture Travels tothe South Pacific”was held in Port Moresby, the capital of Papua New Guinea. The Guangdong Folk Art Troupe organized a series of cultural exchange activities as part of the “Lingnan Culture World Tour”, under the theme “Lingnan Charm, Bonded with PNG.”Through live performances, cultural product exhibitions, intangible cultural heritage workshops, and arts education activities for local students, the program highlights the rich heritage of Lingnan culture while promoting cultural exchange and mutual understanding between China and Papua New Guinea.#artandculture
