Pulitzer Prize-Winning Photographer Liu Heung Shing Holds First Public Exhibition in Guangzhou

Art and Culture | On August 8, internationally renowned Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Liu Heung Shing opened his solo exhibition LENS·ERA·PEOPLE: CIRCLING BACK TO GUANGZHOU at Langtou Ancient Village in Guangzhou’s Huadu District. The city holds special significance for the photographer. Fifty years ago, Guangzhou was the first city in China where he took photographs after entering the country, making this return exhibition both a professional milestone and a deeply personal homecoming. The show also marks Liu Heung Shing’s first public exhibition in Guangzhou, offering local audiences a rare opportunity to view works spanning half a century of documentary photography.#artandculture

8月8日，国际知名摄影家刘香成个展《镜头·时代·人：广州，初见与重逢》在广州市花都区炭步镇塱头古村正式开幕。刘香成此次携五十年的时代影像回到广州——半个世纪前，正是珠江之畔的这座城市，定格下他踏入中国后的第一张照片。此次展览也是刘香成在广州的首次公开展览。
