Themed “New Fujian-origin Entrepreneurs, New Force, New Future”, the first Chinese and Overseas New-generation Fujian-origin Entrepreneurs Conference was held in Fuzhou. More than 200 new-generation Fujian-origin entrepreneurs from home and abroad attended the event to discuss development paths and look into the future. In the event, the Fujian provincial “online association of industry and commerce” and “digital platform for Fujian-origin entrepreneurs” were launched, 15 new-generation chambers of commerce from home and abroad signed the Friendly Cooperation Agreement, and some new-generation entrepreneurs voiced their thoughts, striking a strong responsive chord.

In their speeches, Hu Hu, vice president of Newland Technology Group, called on young Fujian-origin entrepreneurs to create innovative ecosystems and to put in place flexible mechanisms to appeal to sci-tech professionals; Wang Pengcheng, co-founder and president of Xiamen Hithium Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., put forward the vision of “illuminating the globe with green energy” and underlined the necessity to seek deep integration between corporate strategies and provincial-wide development.

With a focus on “policy dissemination, business opportunities, information interflow, and the enabling role of resources”, the newly-unveiled digital platform for Fujian-origin entrepreneurs, committed to building a worldwide “digital commercial port”, is intended to leverage the top six innovative functions such as the large model for Fujian-origin entrepreneurs to restructure coordination among entrepreneurs, and help entrepreneurs to gain precise business insights. Furthermore, the platform can support live streaming with a viewership of 10,000 as well as intelligent translation, thereby helping Fujian-origin entrepreneurs to make their voices better heard across the globe. Guo Lianmin, chairman of Minshang Media and Minshang Website noted, “The digital platform for Fujian-origin entrepreneurs is far more than a technical tool, but can sustain the spirit of Fujian-origin entrepreneurs in the new era.
