As summer arrives, Qingdao is welcoming a surge of tourists, with the Tsingtao Beer Museum emerging as a must-visit destination.
Built in 2003 on the site of the original 1903 Tsingtao Brewery, the museum features three exhibition areas: one covering a century of its history, another for brewing technology, and a third devoted to interactive experiences. It preserves historic German-style industrial buildings and artifacts like the 1896 Siemens motor. In 2020, it was recognized as a national first-class museum.
