China's express delivery business ranked the first in global market last year, according to a report released by the State Post Bureau on Wednesday.

In 2022, China's total volume of express delivery amounted to 110.58 billion pieces, up by 2.1 percent over the previous year, marking the ninth year that the country had secured the top rank globally in the express delivery industry, said the report.
The report also said the global volume reached approximately 189.2 billion, showing a year-on-year growth of approximately 9.84 percent.
