The 2024 Smart City Expo World Congress Hangzhou Stage recently unveiled the 2024 “World Smart City Awards-China”. Qingdao’s program “Digital City-A New Smart City for Living” was presented with the “Enabling Technology Prize”.

 The “Enabling Technology Prize” that Qingdao has just won is an important individual award in the “World Smart City Awards-China”, and is primarily presented to the most innovative and successful programs in the data and technology sector. Over recent years, Qingdao has pushed ahead with digital transformation to drive urban development in a strategic, holistic and systemic manner, coordinated efforts to work on the “6+1” overall framework for digital transformation across the city, and established a work system for data characterized by linkage between upper and lower levels, and horizontal coordination.  (Lin Junyan)
